Heine reminds me a lot of Mika-sensei from Doki Doki School Hours, an adult with a childlike appearance who's a teacher that has to deal with a lot of craziness from his pupils, though, unlike Mika-sensei, he doesn't have a lovesick/lustful student constantly harassing him (like Kitagawa from Doki Doki School Hours), he doesn't take any shit from his students, and he can keep them in line.
